Our Friday Junior Development classes are designed for dancers at other schools seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge in contemporary dance in a safe, inclusive environment. we empower young dancers to train safely within their own bodies while foster artistic expression.

Fundamentals:

• Strong basis in Limon modern dance technique

• Understanding range of motion in the spine
